These terms apply to your use of the Scoop Papery website and any order you place with us.

Our products

Our mystery scoop boxes are curated by hand. By their nature the exact contents are a surprise and will vary from box to box. We do our best to match the colours, themes and preferences you share with us, but specific items cannot be guaranteed. Themed boxes contain a curated selection that may vary slightly from any images shown.

Orders & prices

Placing an order is an offer to buy; your order is accepted when we confirm it by email. All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We may correct any obvious pricing errors before dispatch.

Payment

Payment is taken securely at checkout via Stripe. We don't store your card details.

Delivery

We post across the UK and aim to dispatch within a few working days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Cancellations & returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel most online orders within 14 days of receipt and return unused items for a refund. Please note that personalised and bespoke items (including mystery scoop boxes curated to your specific requests) are exempt from the standard right to cancel once we've begun curating them, unless they arrive faulty or damaged. If anything arrives damaged or not as it should be, contact us within 14 days and we'll put it right.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of your order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
