Scoop Papery (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Who we are

We are a small family-run business selling curated stationery boxes online. We are the data controller for the information you provide. Questions? Email hello@scooppapery.com.

What we collect

• Order & account details — your name, email, phone, delivery address, the personalisation notes you give for your scoop, and your order history.
• Payment information — card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• Enquiry details — anything you send us via our contact or waitlist forms.
• Essential cookies — to keep your basket and account working. We don't run advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To take, pack and deliver your orders and curate your boxes to your taste.
• To manage your account and respond to your messages.
• To email you about your orders, and — only if you opt in — about new boxes and offers.

Our lawful bases are performance of a contract (your order), consent (marketing), and our legitimate interests in running the shop.

Sharing

We don't sell your data. We share it only with the providers who help us run the shop — for example our payment processor (Stripe), our delivery couriers and our email/hosting providers — and only as needed to fulfil your order.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as needed for our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete or port your data, or object to or restrict its processing. Email hello@scooppapery.com. You may also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
